Unveils New Automated Functionality by Supercede
In an effort to ease the burden of mid-year and year-end reporting for cedents, brokers, and reinsurers, Supercede, a leading global reinsurance technology platform, has launched a new feature to automate the creation of Lloyd's Syndicate Reporting System (SRS) returns.
According to Ben Rose, President and Co-Founder of Supercede, the SRS return is a universally dreaded process across the market. The new feature aims to simplify this process by transforming validated reinsurance deal data into ready-to-upload CSV files, thereby reducing manual effort and errors.
Supercede's platform, which is chosen by industry players for deal-making across the entire placement lifecycle, has been redesigned with enhanced functionality and a more intuitive user experience. The new feature, developed following participation in Cohort 14 of the Lloyd's Lab Accelerator program, is now a verified solution on the Hannover Re platform, the third-largest reinsurance group in the world.
Rosie Deneé, Head of Innovation, Commercial Education and Events, Lloyd's, stated that Supercede's new product exemplifies the type of innovation they're proud to have supported through the Lloyd's Lab. The initiative is focused on contract continuity and data sharing between cedents, brokers, and reinsurers after placement.
To help shape the roadmap of this initiative, Supercede is inviting four additional companies to join an exclusive collaboration group. The new feature will be made available free of charge to all existing Supercede clients.
Supercede's new feature on the Hannover Re platform is a testament to the company's commitment to innovation and streamlining processes in the reinsurance industry.
