Toyota Unveils Optio L-Series: Revamped Low-Lift Order Pickers Boost Warehouse Efficiency
Toyota Material Handling has revealed the new Optio L-Series, a revamped line of low-lift order pickers. The series boasts improved features to enhance efficiency and ergonomics, particularly for high-turnover central warehouses.
The Optio L-Series consists of six variants, designed to handle loads up to 2.5 tons. The platform features improved damping to reduce vibrations, ensuring operators' comfort during long shifts. A larger standing area provides ample space for operators to work efficiently.
The new series consumes up to ten percent less energy than its predecessor, thanks to advanced battery solutions. These include lead-acid and lithium-ion options, catering to various operational needs. The lift height has been increased to 1,195 millimeters, enabling picking heights up to 2.8 meters, and improving productivity.
