ToniMay's Journey: From Bondi Markets to 90 Stockists and Two Boutiques

ToniMay, the vibrant jewellery label co-founded by Simone May and her mother Glenda Simmons in 2017, has come a long way since its humble beginnings at Bondi Markets. Now, ToniMay boasts 90 stockists across Australia, two flagship boutiques, and packs over 2,500 orders monthly. The brand is particularly known for its handcrafted, customisable pieces made from semi-precious stones, pearls, and natural materials.

Laura Byrne, who rose to fame on The Bachelor, joined the business in 2017, working alongside Simone daily. Together, they have expanded the brand's reach and popularity, especially in the social media sphere. ToniMay's designs are recognised for their colourful, trendy, yet thoughtful approach, with a focus on sustainability and ethical sourcing. The Aurora collection, inspired by sunrise and sunset, features semi-precious stones and is available in sterling silver or 18k gold plated options. Laura's favourite piece from this collection is the Mira in London Blue Topaz. Over time, ToniMay's style has evolved from big and bohemian to refined and sophisticated, incorporating traditional motifs, clasps, and finishes for timeless design.

From Bondi Markets to 90 stockists and two boutiques, ToniMay's journey is a testament to its founders' creativity, dedication, and business acumen. With a strong focus on individualisation and ethical practices, ToniMay continues to captivate customers with its unique, high-quality jewellery pieces.
