TOMITM Welcomes Back Harold W. Paul to Board
TOMITM Environmental Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: TOMZ) has appointed Harold W. Paul to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The global decontamination and infection prevention company welcomed back Mr. Paul, who previously served on the board from 2009 to 2021.
Dr. Halden Shane, Chief Executive Officer of TOMI, expressed his delight in having Mr. Paul rejoin the board. Mr. Paul brings a wealth of legal and securities expertise, along with extensive board leadership experience across diverse industries. He previously served as Corporate Secretary from 2013 to 2021. Mr. Paul succeeds Ms. Kelly J. Anderson, who resigned from the Board effective September 30, 2025.
