TEMSA Unveils Electric Bus Avenue Neo 9e at Busworld Europe
Turkish bus manufacturer TEMSA has launched its latest electric vehicle, the Avenue Neo 9e, at Busworld Europe in Brussels. The fully electric bus, developed in-house, is on display until 9th October.
The Avenue Neo 9e is powered by a TM4 Sumo MD 65kW motor and offers flexible battery pack options. Customers can choose from 4, 6, or 8 battery packs, providing a range of up to 600 kilometres on a single charge.
Charging is swift with a 300 kW DC charger, taking just 1 hour and 15 minutes. Despite its size, the bus can carry up to 75 passengers, with 30 seats available. Safety features include air conditioning, electronic parking brake, Mirror Eye, and LED headlights. The bus also offers a hybrid ramp and 3-point seatbelts for accessibility and security.
