Support Specialist Role
SupportYourApp, a renowned Support-as-a-Service company established in 2010, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Consultant to join their team based in Thailand. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support through chats, emails, and calls.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Meeting team performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously learning about clients' products and technologies.
- Securely managing sensitive data.
- Collaborating with internal teams and IT departments for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Native or fluent language proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level) for non-Chinese roles, or native Chinese and English upper intermediate B2 for Chinese roles.
- At least 6 months of customer support experience, preferably with live chats and emails.
- Tech-savviness with an interest in relevant fields such as crypto, stocks, etc.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- A positive, responsible attitude.
- A personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).
Experience in sales and experience with CRM systems would be a great plus.
