Support Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support through chats, emails, and calls.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Meeting team performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuously learning about clients' products and technologies.
  • Securely managing sensitive data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and IT departments for issue resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Native or fluent language proficiency in Dutch (at least C1 level) and English (B2 level) for non-Chinese roles, or native Chinese and English upper intermediate B2 for Chinese roles.
  • At least 6 months of customer support experience, preferably with live chats and emails.
  • Tech-savviness with an interest in relevant fields such as crypto, stocks, etc.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • A positive, responsible attitude.
  • A personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

Experience in sales and experience with CRM systems would be a great plus.
