Stellantis Reveals New Composition in Executive Team
In a significant move, Clara Ingen-Housz has been appointed as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Stellantis, effective in early 2024. This role places her at the helm of the company's corporate communications and public affairs, making her a member of the Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT).
Ingen-Housz, a seasoned professional with a strong international career, brings a wealth of legal experiences from Hong Kong, New York, and Brussels to her new role. Prior to joining Stellantis, she served as Saint-Gobain's Group Legal Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.
The appointment comes as Stellantis, one of the world's leading automakers, continues to execute its Dare Forward 2030 strategic plan. This ambitious plan aims to create added value for all stakeholders, with a focus on providing clean, safe, and affordable freedom of mobility to all.

Napolitano, who brings experience in fleet and retail sales, dealer management, and network development, will replace Koskas. Olivier Bourges, on the other hand, has been appointed as the Chief Customer Experience Officer, effective immediately.
