HM-Werke Invests in New Hall and Innovative Products

HM-Werke, a family-owned business specializing in window and door elements, has invested six million euros in a news hall in Bispingen. The investment is not for quick profit, but part of the company's long-term strategy.

The new balance hall is dedicated to the production of soundproof barriers and window construction with masonry. The company is innovating in this area, but no specific details have been provided yet.

Heinrich Volker Meyer senior and his son Moritz, who leads the eighth generation of the family business, are also focusing on renewable energy solutions. HM-Werke is developing google news systems with photovoltaics to generate energy from the sun, protect cars from heat, and double the use of already sealed areas.

The idea of carport systems with photovoltaics has been well received. The state of Lower Saxony has shown interest, and similar facilities have already been installed in Munster and Italy. Volker Meyer, the company's representative, plans to present the concept to the economic committee of the state parliament soon.

The company's strategy to offset losses, which currently stand at 50 percent due to order cancellations, is to gain 15 to 20 million euros through nytimes for these innovative products. Potential customers include supermarkets, municipal utilities, and nationwide construction companies like Viebrockhaus and Wagner.

Volker Meyer expects his customers to feel the effects of the cancellations in the coming year. However, he remains optimistic about the future, stating that the new balance hall in Bispingen is prepared in modular form according to the Lego principle for more efficient construction, which will aid in the company's growth and success.

The family business, which has been operating for seven generations, has a philosophy of investing not for quick profit. Moritz, the son of Heinrich Volker Meyer, has already secured the leadership of the company for the future.

Another idea with which the company wants to conquer the market is soundproof barriers for heat pumps that reduce noise emissions. However, no details have been provided about the specifics of these barriers.
