Endava Strengthens Leadership Team with Strategic Appointments
Two new members have joined Endava's leadership team, marking a significant expansion in key sectors.
On October 1, Hans-Jürgen Rosch took on the role of Head of Strategic Business Development for the Telecom sector in Central Europe at Endava. His primary focus is to strengthen and strategically expand the company's business in the European telecommunications sector.
A week later, on October 16, Christian Schroeder joined Endava, assuming the newly created position of Strategic Business Development Public Sector for the German-speaking region. Schroeder's role will be to build up the public sector for Endava, focusing on the German-speaking region.
Rosch brings extensive experience in the telecom industry, digital transformation, and IT service delivery to his role at Endava. Prior to joining Endava, he held the position of Head of Strategic Business Development Telco | Central Europe at the company.
Schroeder, on the other hand, brings expertise in public administration, IT strategy, and sector-specific challenges. He has experience from Policylead and digital politics, which may contribute to Endava's public sector growth.
