Polestar 3's Agile Handling and Thrilling Performance Impress Journalists
Polestar 3, the latest electric performance SUV, has impressed journalists with its agile handling and thrilling performance. The car, inspired by Scandinavian design, has begun production and will soon hit the roads.
Polestar 3's standout feature is its BorgWarner-developed Torque Vectoring Dual Clutch (TVDC) system. This system, developed by Polestar's engineering team with Volvo's technology division, ensures optimal traction and sharp cornering. It was put to the test on a bespoke ice track in Jokkmokk, Sweden, designed by accomplished rally driver Joakim. Even novice drivers felt confident navigating the track thanks to the precise control offered by the TVDC on the rear axle.
Journalists praised Polestar 3's light and compact feel, unlike any other vehicle experienced. They commended its precise handling, responsive steering, smooth power delivery, and acceleration. One journalist even described driving it on a frozen lake as a '15-out-of-10 fun' experience. The car's mid-engine car-like handling and perfect balance further enhanced the driving experience.
