Net-house under new management: Singu assumes control
In a significant move, Singu, a leading Polish Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) provider, has announced the acquisition of Berlin-based net-haus GmbH. This strategic move marks Singu's entry into the German market and a significant step forward in its expansion within the DACH region.
Net-haus GmbH, with over 25 years of market experience, brings a wealth of local know-how to Singu. The company, which serves more than 600 customers, is renowned for its software solution, Hausmanager, and its management certificate, the 'Net-Schein'.
Peter Vollmer, the Managing Director DACH at Singu, will now manage net-haus GmbH. His role will be instrumental in integrating the two companies and leveraging the combined expertise to create a forward-looking solution for the real estate and facility management industry.
The acquisition is a milestone for Singu, following its recent merger with Micad from the UK. This move not only adds an experienced team to Singu's workforce but also brings a loyal customer base to the company.
Singu aims to strengthen its presence in the DACH region through this acquisition. The company intends to provide continuity and advance towards a future-proof solution for existing Hausmanager customers.
In line with this, the Berlin office of net-haus will remain and serve as the future German headquarters for Singu. This move ensures a seamless transition for net-haus's customers and employees, while also positioning Singu for growth in the German market.
With this acquisition, Singu continues its strategic expansion in Europe, reinforcing its commitment to delivering innovative solutions in the real estate and facility management industry.
