Major investors Archetype and Breyer Capital team up to inject $12 million into seed funding for Opacity Network.

Opacity Network, a pioneering platform powered by zero-knowledge proof-based transport layer security (zkTLS), multi-party computation architecture, and EigenLayer's actively validated service (AVS), has secured a $12 million seed round. The fundraising round was led by Archetype and Breyer Capital, with participation from Finality Capital Partners, Bodhi Ventures, Escape Velocity, and A16z's startup accelerator (CSX).

The platform, co-founded by Aaron Marz, is already onboarding partners such as Heale, a unified API for logistics, and Earnifi, a payroll verification platform. The exact nature of these partnerships remains undisclosed, but Opacity Network's technologies are expected to unlock a variety of new use cases.

Aaron Marz expressed his belief that the value of data locked within walled gardens is significant and expects a Cambrian explosion of new use cases to be unlocked from Opacity Network's partners.
