madVR Labs to Display Groundbreaking Video Processing Capabilities for Massive-Scale Presentations at CEDIA Expo 2025
madVR Labs Shines at CEDIA Expo 2025 with Envy Extreme
At this year's CEDIA Expo, madVR Labs is making a significant impact with its video processing solutions, particularly the Envy Core and Envy Extreme. The company is showcasing its technologies in over a dozen high-profile home cinema and media room demonstrations across the show floor.
In the heart of the exhibition, the madVR Deep Dive Demo Station between Sound Rooms 6 and 7, is a hotspot for visitors. It showcases breakthrough technologies such as the patent-pending Dynamic Subtitle Overlay™ (DSO), new multi-lingual menu support, the first AI-based deinterlacing (DeinterlaceAI™), patented dynamic HDR tone mapping, and the highly regarded MotionAI frame interpolation.
Moving into Sound Room 6 (SR6), madVR Envy Extreme 8K powers a flagship 15.7.8 home cinema system. This setup includes reference-quality dynamic HDR tone mapping, AI-based 8K upscaling, MotionAI frame interpolation, intelligent subtitle repositioning for optimal placement and readability, instant aspect ratio handling, direct control of motorized screen masking without the need for external control systems, ensuring perfect image-to-screen matching and maximum immersion.
The $1 million luxury home cinema demo in Sound Room 7 (SR7) is another highlight. madVR Labs is a key video processing component in a collaboration with other industry leaders like Seymour-Screen Excellence, StormAudio, and Christie. This collaboration offers attendees an immersive, industry-leading cinematic experience that pushes boundaries in home cinema technology.
Elsewhere on the show floor, madVR Labs' Envy Extreme is paired with various displays. In Booth 1733, it powers AWALL's AWC162-09X, 162′′ C Series display. In L-Acoustics' Room 4025 demo, it performs state-of-the-art video processing. In the Steinway Lyngdorf private demo room, it provides video processing for the Lyngdorf LS-1000 cinema system.
The partnership between madVR Labs and Barco Residential is also on display, showcasing precision engineering, advanced color reproduction, and high-performance projection and LED display solutions. In Sound Room 6, the Envy Extreme powers the video processing at 5K resolution with the Barco Heimdall+ CinemaScope projector.
Barco Residential features 3 Envy Extremes at their booth (Booth 3725), while Just Video Walls features 3 Envy Extremes at booths 2337 & 2143. The Envy Extreme is also paired with a Christie CP4455-RGB projector in Sound Room 10 (SR10) and directs the Seymour-Screen Excellence True Aspect Masking (TAM) screen in the Seymour-Screen Excellence Demo (Booth 4409).
In addition, the Envy Extreme is paired with a JVW 103" CinemaScope display with 0.7 mm pixel pitch, a JVW 130" Outdoor display with 1.2 mm pixel pitch, and a JVW 217" 16:9 AR display with 1.2 mm pixel pitch.
With such a prominent presence at CEDIA Expo 2025, madVR Labs is emphasizing its position as the industry’s most trusted and widely integrated video processor. Its innovations, including the Envy Core, which is becoming a popular choice for TVs due to the growing demand for reference-grade processing in living rooms, are enhancing picture quality, usability, and immersive viewing in luxury home cinemas.
