Get ready for a spooky adventure as themed missions make their way into Super Mario Run to celebrate the release of Luigi's Mansion 2 HD on the Nintendo SwitchTM system.
Themed Missions in Super Mario Run
The themed missions are inspired by the Gloomy Manor from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (Luigi's Mansion 2 HD). These missions offer a haunted mansion setting, ghost enemies, and Luigi-related items, such as the Poltergust 5000.
To access these themed missions, look for the event themed around Luigi's Mansion 2 HD. You'll find the Gloomy Manor environment as the mission background. During this event, you'll encounter missions styled after Luigi's Mansion, with ghost-themed challenges and Luigi-centric items.
Rewards for Completing Themed Missions
Completing three missions will earn you a Luigi & Poltergust 5000 Statue, while six missions will grant you a King Boo Statue. If you manage to complete nine missions, you'll be rewarded with a Fleeing Polterpup & Luigi Statue.
Luigi's Mansion 2 HD
In the game Luigi's Mansion 2 HD, Luigi is the protagonist, and his mission is to restore the Dark Moon to its rightful place in the sky. The game can be played on the Nintendo SwitchTM system.

These themed missions are available from June 27 at 12 a.m. PT until July 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT. To participate, make sure you have updated Super Mario Run to the latest version (3.2.0).
