Lexar has introduced a robust 1TB SD card, the Armor Gold SDXC UHS-II, designed for professional photographers and videographers. This card boasts impressive durability and speed, with a price tag of £474.99 in the UK and $369.99 in the US.
The Armor Gold SDXC UHS-II offers exceptional speed, with read speeds up to 280MB/s when paired with a USB 3.2 card reader. It writes at up to 205MB/s, supporting V60 video speed class for smooth 4K and Full HD video capture. The card's gold stainless-steel construction makes it 37 times stronger than standard SD cards, capable of withstanding drops of up to five meters and rated IP68 for dust- and water-resistance.
The card's steel body also serves as a heat dissipater, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding conditions.
