On June 16, Krasnodar's Mayor, Yevgeny Naumov, dropped a bombshell in his Telegram channel, announcing a change in communication platforms for the city administration. In less than a week, they'll be switching to MAX messenger, a bold move for better security.
Naumov highlighted the frequent hacks, leaked data, and fake accounts on other platforms, explaining, "Krasnodar chooses secure communication, especially since many work issues are still resolved over phone calls today."
