Kazakhstan Launches MyArmy.kz: A Digital Revolution in Military Service

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Defense has launched MyArmy.kz, a digital portal streamlining military service processes. Citizens can now apply for urgent or contract service, track conscription status, and receive online consultations, reducing bureaucracy and human error.

The portal, part of the pilot SARBAZ+ project, is currently being tested in military unit 78460 in Almaty region. Candidates can track their application status through three stages: 'created', 'in processing', and 'approved/rejected'. During the 'in processing' phase, candidates receive a list of required tests and certificates to expedite the medical examination process.

MyArmy.kz aims to simplify conscription procedures, increase transparency, and introduce new social and educational opportunities for conscripts. Upon successful testing, it will be introduced in other military units, contributing to the modernization of the Armed Forces and increased openness of the defense department's work. In the near future, it is expected to become a modern digital tool unifying key services and making civilian-army interaction more accessible and convenient.

The launch of MyArmy.kz is a significant step towards digitizing the Kazakhstani military service process. By reducing bureaucracy and increasing transparency, the portal aims to improve service conditions and enhance civilian-army interaction.
