In the Digital Banking Unit, candidates applying for these positions must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Bachelor of Engineering in Computer, Bachelor in Computer Application, or a similar degree from a recognised university. Candidates interested in the Information Technology Department/Digital Banking Unit should also meet this requirement.
For the IT Support Unit, there is a vacancy for Junior Assistant IT.
In the IT MIS Unit, Assistant MIS and Supervisor MIS positions are available.
The Banking sector roles require specific experience as follows:
- Relationship Officer: Junior Officer RO, Officer RO, and Senior Officer RO require a minimum of 5 years, 7 years, and 8 years of experience respectively in commercial banking.
- Customer Experience Unit: Supervisor CEU, Junior Officer CEU, Senior Officer CEU-1, and Assistant Manager CEU-2 require a minimum of 3 years, 5 years, 8 years, and 10 years of experience respectively in digital banking, customer experience, or a related field.
- Branch Manager: Junior Officer BM, Officer BM, and Senior Officer BM require a minimum of 5 years, 7 years, and 8 years of experience respectively in commercial banking.
- Cluster Head: Senior Officer CH and Assistant Manager CH require a minimum of 8 years and 10 years of experience respectively in commercial banking.
For the Chartered Accountant department, Junior Officer CA, Officer CA, and Senior Officer CA require the respective chartered accountant qualifications.
Candidates applying for roles in the Legal Department must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's Degree in Commercial Law. Moreover, for these positions, candidates must hold an advocate license.
Preference will also be given to candidates who have experience in Banking in the IT Department for IT-related positions.
Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
