As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design and development of user interfaces and experiences for Tabby's digital financial products. Your goal is to ensure they are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with business goals. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and other stakeholders to translate complex financial services into simple and accessible digital experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and owning core platform experiences, such as KYC, identity verification, login and authentication, user consent, and regulatory compliance workflows.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand customer needs and behaviours, iterating design solutions that improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Defining and maintaining design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across Tabby's platforms and enhance brand identity.
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to strategic product decisions that support Tabby’s rapid growth, user base expansion, and adaptation to evolving market demands in the GCC fintech ecosystem.
Tabby's Senior Product Designer will also have the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into intuitive experiences. You should have proven experience designing digital products, ideally with B2C interfaces, and a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX decision-making and strong visual craft.
You'll need to have understanding of mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android), and best practices for responsive web design. Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus, as is experience designing for platform, identity, authentication, or compliance-related flows.
