iPhone 17 Series Launches: No Early Adopters for iPhone Air
Apple's new iPhone 17 series hit stores on September 19th, 2025, with eager customers queuing since 3 a.m. Notably, none of the first three buyers opted for the iPhone Air.
The first customer, who arrived at 8 a.m., chose the iPhone 17 in Mist Blue, drawn to its combination of value and Pro features. The second and third customers followed suit, selecting an iPhone 17 Pro Max in Silver and an Apple Watch Series 11, respectively. Interestingly, the name of the Apple Watch buyer remains unknown.
The new iPhone models, including the iPhone Air, were released alongside other Apple products like the AirPods Pro 3 and Apple Watch Series 11. Despite the variety, none of the initial buyers chose the iPhone Air.
The iPhone 17 series and accompanying products launched successfully, with customers showing interest in the iPhone 17 and Pro Max models. The iPhone Air, however, did not attract any of the first three buyers.
