Outzidr Raises $3.1 Million in Pre-Series A Funding
Outzidr, a digital-first Gen Z-focused fashion brand, has secured $3.1 million (₹27 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round. The funding was led by RTP Global, with continued participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners and prominent angel investors including Ramakant Sharma (Livspace cofounder) and Ghazal Alagh (Mamaearth cofounder).
The funds will be used to open Outzidr’s first exclusive offline retail store by March 2026, expand and strengthen the company’s design, operations, and technology teams, launch a rapid delivery segment, and support overall growth initiatives to scale the brand's D2C platform and presence on e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa Fashion.
Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario, Outzidr offers trendy western wear for Indian women aged 18–28. The brand uses a test-and-scale model, rolling out limited batches to identify bestsellers and then scaling rapidly, launching up to 2,000 new styles monthly across its own and partner platforms.
Xovian Aerospace Secures $2.5 Million in Pre-Seed Funding
Xovian Aerospace, a spacetech startup based in Bengaluru, has raised $2.5 million (Rs 21.8 crore) in a pre-seed funding round. The funding was led by Piper Serica and Turbostart, with participation from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Eaglewings Ventures.
The capital will be used to fuel the launch of Xovian Aerospace's multi-frequency RF payload aboard an ISRO launch vehicle, the development and deployment of a nanosatellite, a pilot launch and data trials in 2026, and expanding its engineering team.
Founded in 2019 by Ankit Bhateja and Raghav Sharma, Xovian Aerospace is developing space-based RF intelligence platforms for applications in defense, disaster response, aviation, maritime, climate resilience, and BFSI.
Nuuk Secures Over $2 Million in Fresh Funding
Nuuk, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand targeting millennials and Gen Z consumers, has raised over $2 million in fresh funding from Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital.
The funds will be strategically deployed across brand building, product development, and expansion of its domestically-built supply chain.
RBH Solutions Secures Funding for SaaS Product Expansion
RBH Solutions, an industrial automation company based in Patiala, has secured funding to expand its SaaS product suite, complete its distribution management system (DMS) platform, build an international partner network, and develop digital twin tools for renewable energy management.
RBH Solutions provides infrastructure automation through its no-code analytics platform and gateway solutions. The company claims over 6,500 installed gateways and 650-plus analytics deployments, with clients like NTPC, PGCIL, and BHEL.
