In the world of automotive design and development, CH Auto, an independent firm based in China, has made a significant mark. At the Beijing Auto Show in 2010, the company showcased the Qiantu K50 Roadster Concept, a precursor to their latest creation.
However, it's the Aculeus that has captured the attention of car enthusiasts. This sleek sports car, unlike the Qiantu K50 Electric Supercar, is powered by a BMW V8 engine, offering a maximum horsepower of 367 and a maximum torque of 490nm. The Aculeus accelerates from 0 to 100 in an impressive 5.2 seconds and can reach a top speed of 270km/h, showcasing its raw power.
The Aculeus, with its dimensions of 4500x1844x1306, boasts a wheelbase of 2700. Weighing in at 1600kg, this sports car is a force to be reckoned with on the road.
Unfortunately, no plans for the production of the Aculeus have been announced as of yet. The Qiantu K50 Electric Supercar, on the other hand, is a different story. This electric vehicle, produced by Qiantu Motor, a Chinese company established in 2016, was ready for the Chinese car market. The Qiantu K50 Electric Supercar, presented at the same Beijing Auto Show, was produced roughly between 2018 and 2020.
CH Auto, with its innovative designs and development skills, continues to push the boundaries of automotive technology. While the future of the Aculeus remains uncertain, car enthusiasts eagerly await the next move from this dynamic Chinese firm.
