Star Trek: Red Alert at Universal Studios Hollywood's Fan Fest Nights

Prepare to boldly go where no fan has gone before! From April 25 to May 18, Universal Studios Hollywood will host the immersive Star Trek: Red Alert experience as part of their Fan Fest Nights event. This participatory narrative sets you aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise during the Picard era, where you'll help prevent an interstellar threat in an unforgettable galactic adventure.

As you embark on this mission, you'll find yourself immersed in the authentic setting of the Enterprise, engaging directly in the narrative. The adventure requires teamwork to neutralize the threat, simulating Star Trek-style problem-solving and coordination.

Universal Studios has brought in original working filming props to enhance the realism of the experience. You'll navigate through the sick bays of the Enterprise-D, interacting with characters representing different races or character types from the franchise.

The action reaches a fever pitch as an entity sweeps out to the viewport, putting you out into space. The danger centers around the warp of the Enterprise-D, referred to as "the heartbeat of the Enterprise D." If the warp doesn't get stabilized, the ship will explode.

The core of the story involves meeting docents and ensigns after shuttlecrafting up to the Enterprise-D. An entity appears and causes chaos on the ship, propelling the story forward when chaos ensues. Ensigns will play a crucial role in propelling the narrative.

The experience includes a transporter beam finale to return you to Earth. Before the adventure begins, a pre-show will catch you up to speed on the story, explaining why Starfleet is inviting guests along on a tour.

The experience will take about 10 to 14 minutes, longer than a typical Halloween Horror Nights attraction. As a special Easter egg, a replicator continuously replicates tea or Earl Grey, Captain Picard's favourite drink.

The turbolift in the experience glitches out and redirects you to the bridge of the Enterprise-D. The transporter beam finale includes a vapor current effect.

Don't miss this opportunity to take part in a mission in settings you love. For tickets and more information, visit the official website and prepare to embark on an unforgettable journey from Earth into space.
