Indri Wins Best World Whisky Again, Shares Rise

Piccadily Agro Industries, linked to the renowned Indri single malt brand, has produced the Indri Diwali Collector's Edition 2025 Marsala Cask Finish. This whisky has been recognized as the Best World Whisky at the prestigious Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards 2025. The news follows a strong performance by Piccadily Agro Industries Limited, with shares ending at ₹688, up by ₹12.85 or 1.90%.

The winning whisky is crafted at Piccadily Distilleries in Indri, Haryana, using locally sourced six-row Indian barley. It undergoes a unique finishing process in Marsala wine casks, contributing to its exceptional flavour. This is not the first time Indri has received such high acclaim. In 2023, it previously won the Best World Whisky title. Moreover, in 2024, Indri outsold major Scotch brands such as Glenlivet, Glenfiddich, Glenmorangie, The Singleton, and Laphroaig, cementing its position as the fastest growing and largest selling single malt whisky in the world market.

The Indri Diwali Collector's Edition 2025 Marsala Cask Finish has been recognized as the Best World Whisky, scoring an impressive 99.1 out of 100 at the Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards 2025. This achievement further solidifies Indri's place in the global whisky landscape, following its impressive sales performance in 2024 and previous award wins.
