Hero MotoCorp Celebrates 125 Million Milestone With Special Edition Models
Hero MotoCorp, India's leading two-wheeler manufacturer, has reached a significant milestone. The company has produced over 125 million two-wheelers since its inception in 1985. To celebrate this achievement, Hero MotoCorp has launched special edition versions of its Splendor+, Passion+, and Vida VX2 models.
The special edition models maintain their existing mechanical specifications, focusing purely on visual differentiation. The Splendor+ and Passion+ special editions sport a sleek graphite grey colour scheme, accentuated by graphics in black, brown, and gold. Both models also feature a prominent 3D '125M' badge on the front apron, commemorating the 125 million milestone.
The Vida VX2 special edition retains its existing colour options but also dons the 3D '125M' logo. This is a testament to Hero MotoCorp's consistent production milestones. The company has previously hit major production targets, including 50 million units in 2015, 75 million in 2017, and 100 million in 2021. Besides India, Hero MotoCorp has manufactured two-wheelers in Nepal and Colombia over the past four decades.
The special edition models are a celebration of Hero MotoCorp's 125 million production milestone. They are visually striking yet retain their standard mechanical specifications. This is a significant achievement for the company, which began operations with the CD100 model in 1985.
