Halogen Seeks Experienced Systems Engineer/HPC Scrum Master in Annapolis Junction, MD

Halogen Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to fill the role of HPC/Scrum Master in Annapolis Junction, MD. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with up to 16 hours of telework per week, depending on tasking. The company welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, as it does not discriminate in employment based on non-merit factors.

The successful candidate will bring at least 7 years of experience and serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile development processes. Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence) is highly desired. Proficiency in Linux CLI and exceptional communication skills are essential. The role involves managing system requirements, contributing to systems engineering documentation, and coordinating cross-discipline action items. Additionally, the Systems Engineer will participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities and allocate real-time process budgets.

Halogen Engineering Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and paid time off. The projected compensation range for this position is $190K to $228K (annualized USD). A current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required for this position.
