Gravity's Latest Update, UX 3.3, Introduces Towing Equipment, Dash Cam, and Additional Features for Lucid
Newsworthy Update: Lucid Gravity SUV Receives UX 3.3 Software Update
The Lucid Gravity SUV, the latest offering from the innovative electric vehicle manufacturer, has received the UX 3.3 software update. This update brings a host of improvements and new features to the already impressive vehicle.
One of the key enhancements is an upgrade in towing capabilities. The UX 3.3 software update equips the Lucid Gravity SUV with Integrated Trailer Brake Control, Hitch View Camera, and a Trailer Light Check tool. These features aim to make towing a smoother and safer experience for the driver. The Gravity is rated for towing up to 6,000-lb (2,721 kg).
The audio system in the Lucid Gravity SUV has also seen significant improvements. Call quality has been enhanced, and background noise has been reduced, ensuring clear and uninterrupted conversations during phone calls.
The Lucid Gravity's expansive three-row interior continues to provide ample space for passengers, making it a suitable choice for families. The vehicle aims to compete with both luxury electric and traditional gasoline SUVs, offering a blend of style, performance, and practicality.
Lucid has expanded its Halo Secure platform in the Lucid Gravity SUV. The Drive Recorder in Halo Secure turns the Gravity into a built-in dash cam, while the Live View function lets drivers stream real-time video from the SUV's exterior cameras. Lucid is offering Live View free through the end of 2025, after which it is expected to become a subscription service.
Deliveries of the Lucid Gravity have started and are no longer limited to employees, friends, and family. In fact, the vehicle is now being delivered to regular customers. For those considering purchasing a Lucid Gravity, there is a referral link available that offers three months of Full Self-Driving (FSD) if the content helped in their decision.
The Energy app in the Lucid Gravity's infotainment system has been refined with clearer consumption graphs and an improved range map. Additionally, a bookmark tile has been introduced for one-tap access to favourite destinations.
The Lucid Gravity SUV has a range of up to 724 km (450 miles) on a single charge, making it a viable option for long-distance travel. With its latest update, the Lucid Gravity continues to push the boundaries of what an electric SUV can offer.
The Lucid Gravity, following the Air sedan, is the second model from the company. As Lucid continues to grow and innovate, it is clear that they are committed to delivering high-quality, feature-rich electric vehicles to the market.
