Nintendo Switch Online members can now redeem My Nintendo Platinum Points for exclusive icon elements inspired by the popular game, Drag x Drive. These icon elements can be used to customize their Nintendo profile or user interface.
The icon elements are released in multiple waves, each available during specific periods. Wave 1 is available from August 6 at 6:00 p.m. PT to August 13 at 5:59 p.m. PT, followed by Wave 2 from August 13 at 6:00 p.m. PT to August 20 at 5:59 p.m. PT, and Wave 3 from August 20 at 6:00 p.m. PT to August 27 at 5:59 p.m. PT.
To redeem these icon elements, members need to visit the My Nintendo rewards section on Nintendo’s official website or check the Nintendo Switch Online app on their Nintendo Switch system. Members earn Platinum Points by completing various missions or activities on the Nintendo Switch Online service.
In Drag x Drive, players can team up with or take on friends and other players online in fast-paced 3-on-3 matches. To control the game, players hold each Joy-Con 2 controller like a mouse for tight control of both wheels. To shoot, players can simply raise their hand and flick their wrist.
