Freyr Singapore secures agreement worth $1.4 billion with Gorilla to construct AI data center foundation across Southeast Asia.

Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GRRR) and Freyr Technology AI, based in Singapore, have announced a significant partnership to develop a network of AI-powered data centres across Southeast Asia. The three-year project, worth $1.4 billion, is set to begin in Q4 2025 with an initial phase of deployment worth $300 million.

The partnership will see Gorilla Technology serve as the lead provider of AI infrastructure, service-level operations, and end-to-end data centre intelligence across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. Freyr Technology AI, a NVIDIA Preferred Partner, will provide its full-stack infrastructure solutions for AI and HPC across the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, Gorilla will utilize local co-location facilities and deploy its proprietary AI stack, including GPU-as-a-Service infrastructure, orchestration software, and real-time monitoring systems. Detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and GPU infrastructure deployment schedules are being finalized by the two companies.

Freyr Technology AI's strength lies in providing speed, reliability, and flexibility to its clients. The company simplifies complex infrastructure, from GPUs to networking to fully optimized clusters, for enterprises and governments. With this partnership, they will serve as Gorilla's regional expansion partner.

Gorilla Technology Group Inc., headquartered in London, U.K., is a global solution provider in Security Intelligence, Network Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and IoT technology. For more information about Freyr Technology AI, visit freyrtech.ai.
