Foreverland Launches Choruba Protein Bites, Expands Production in Puglia
Foreverland, the innovative free chocolate producer, has partnered with Small Giants to launch Choruba Protein Bites. Priced at €1.99, these protein bars are coated with Foreverland's signature free chocolate and available online and at Gulliver stores.
Foreverland's expansion continues with the opening of a new production facility in Puglia. This facility can produce a substantial 500 tonnes of free chocolate annually, using sustainable ingredients like carob pulp. The company's ingredient, Choruba, is the basis for its diverse range of products, including Easter eggs, pralines, panettone, and chocolate-covered almonds.
Foreverland's success has been recognised globally. It won the inaugural FoodTech World Cup at HackSummit in 2023. Looking ahead, the company plans to introduce vegan milk, dark, and white chocolate alternatives, as well as spreadable creams. Foreverland is also in talks to expand its footprint into France and the Nordics. Currently, it supplies its free chocolate alternative to companies in liquid form or as drops.
Choruba Protein Bites, a result of Foreverland's collaboration with Small Giants, is now available. Foreverland's continued innovation and expansion in the free chocolate industry, which includes competitors like Voyage Foods and Planet A Foods, signals a growing demand for sustainable and alternative chocolate products.
