EVS30 Stuttgart: Germany's Biggest Electromobility Event
The upcoming International Electric Vehicle Symposium & Exhibition (EVS30) in Stuttgart, from 09.-11.10.2017, promises to be a significant event for the electromobility sector. Germany and Baden-Württemberg are jointly promoting this major gathering, which will feature a 'German Pavilion' showcasing 16 key initiatives and organizations. Rico Trost from Germany Trade & Invest will kickstart the event by introducing the panel and outlining the framework conditions and funding programs for electromobility in Germany.
Four 'electromobility showrooms' will present their multi-year project results at EVS30, offering attendees a comprehensive overview of the latest developments in the field. The e-mobil BW agency will be present, showcasing activities from the Spitzencluster Elektromobility Süd-West and 'Intelligent Move' on automated driving.
A panel titled 'The German Perspective on Electric Mobility' will be held on 20.06.2016, moderated by German experts. This panel will delve into various aspects of electromobility, including electrification strategies of prominent German automakers like Audi and BMW, overhead line systems for trucks, charging infrastructure development, and incentive systems. Sven Lierzer from BridgingIT GmbH will conclude the panel with reports on forward-looking progress in nationwide and European e-roaming.
