The preliminary insolvency administrator, Kristin Winter from Schultze & Braun, is leading discussions with potential investors, with substantial interest already expressed.
KRian GmbH provides a wide array of IT services, tailored to the specific needs of diverse industries. Despite ongoing insolvency proceedings, business operations continue unimpeded, making the company a reliable partner for clients, employees, and partner companies. All orders and projects are being processed and implemented as planned.
The current management, interested in investing in KRian GmbH, is represented by Kristin Winter, who was appointed as the preliminary insolvency administrator by the District Court of Wolfsburg. She is working closely with Venkata Jagadish Iruvuri, the managing director of KRian GmbH.
KRian's team of skilled professionals in Germany and India specializes in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analysis, computer vision, and blockchain technologies. Approximately 50 employees have been informed about the developments and the next steps. The salaries and wages of KRian's employees are secured until October 2025 through insolvency benefits.
The investor process for KRian remains open to all interested parties. Schultze & Braun GmbH & Co. KG is currently in preliminary insolvency proceedings, but KRian GmbH continues to operate in full. The aim is to put KRian GmbH back on economically stable footing and secure its future.
