Cryptocurrency Algorand (ALGO) is now available on Bitpanda for trading, and they're running an ALGO trading competition you won't want to pass up!
Algorand's native coin, ALGO, is at the heart of an exciting trading competition on Bitpanda. This decentralized, secure, and scalable blockchain project aims to provide "frictionless finance" by solving the "trilemma" of high security, high speed, and low cost.
The competition, which started on the 25th of February, 2021, at 12:00 PM CET and ends on the 4th of March, 2021, at 11:59 AM CET, offers a total reward of €15,000. The traders participating can use ALGO for transaction fees, DApp computations, staking, and earning.
The first prize goes to the trader with the highest total amount of ALGO purchased, who will receive €2,000 in ALGO. The second to fifth-placed traders will each receive €1,250 in ALGO. The traders ranked sixth to tenth place will each receive €800 in ALGO. The traders ranked eleventh to twentieth place will each receive €400 in ALGO.
As an added bonus, 100 traders (outside of the 20 winners from the prizes listed above) will be randomly selected to receive €150 worth of Bitcoin (BTC) each.
Algorand uses a Pure Proof of Stake (Pure PoS) consensus mechanism, ensuring a secure and efficient network. The founder of Algorand is Silvio Micali, a renowned computer scientist and cryptographer.

Please note that the residents of the Republic of Turkey are excluded from being selected as VIP-Winners due to the legal requirements of the Republic of Turkey.
