The merger of Yorktel, a New Jersey-based global AV systems integrator and managed services provider, and Kinly, a global AV and UCC (Unified Communications and Collaboration) integration firm headquartered in Amsterdam, has been announced. This strategic union aims to create a premier workplace experience and collaboration provider with an extensive global reach.
The merged company will serve over 2,500 clients across 27 global locations, supported by more than 1,600 employees with over 900 industry-specialist accreditations. The combination of strong market positions in the US, Europe, and APAC will enable the company to address evolving enterprise and public sector needs. This merger is expected to generate approximately $400 million in combined annual revenue, creating a significant transatlantic AV and UCC managed services provider.
The merger aims to strengthen Yorktel's position as a trusted partner in digital workplace transformation. It will expand managed services, AV, UCC, and "as-a-Service" portfolios, facilitating scalable, consistent, and technologically advanced solutions globally. The union will also enable simplification of operations, reduction of complexity, and empowerment of organizations to work smarter through advanced collaboration solutions with enhanced AI-based unified communications.
Tom Martin, CEO of Kinly, stated that merging with Yorktel marks an exciting next chapter for their team and customers.
