BT and Infobip have announced a significant expansion of their partnership, aiming to revolutionise global communication for multinational businesses. This collaboration combines BT's Global Voice and inbound contact capabilities with Infobip's leading cloud communications platform, offering organisations unparalleled access to phone numbers and inbound call management across the globe.
The partnership enables businesses to access phone numbers in over 130 countries and manage inbound calls in more than 180 countries. This multinational expansion is set to drive innovation in global connectivity, providing enterprises with seamless, secure, and scalable customer engagement across various channels.
Infobip, as an authorised reseller of BT's ICG services, will offer its customers BT's international toll-free numbers and inbound voice services. In return, BT will provide its customers with Infobip's messaging services, including RCS, WhatsApp, and SMS. This integration of services will allow enterprises to unify their customer contact centres into a single virtual network, offering integrated voice and messaging capabilities for richer, more seamless customer engagement on a global scale.
The partnership also brings advanced conversational AI capabilities to the table.
