Bremen Makes a Splash at Anuga 2025 Showcasing Food Innovation

Bremen's food industry is a mix of big players, medium-sized businesses, and innovative start-ups. The state supports these start-ups, providing them with access to industry-specific infrastructure. This year, the Anuga trade fair, held from October 4 to 8, serves as a platform for the latest trends and developments in the sector.
The industry in Bremen generates an annual turnover of approximately 3.26 billion euros, employing around 11,500 people in about 370 companies. Bremen and Bremerhaven are renowned for their production and trading of coffee, fish, and beer.
