Bovensiepen Unveils Zagato: Rare, Exclusive BMW M4-Based Convertible

Bovensiepen, the German coachbuilder, has revealed its latest creation: the Zagato, based on the BMW G83 M4 Convertible. Set for delivery in 2026, only a few hundred units of this bmw m4 competition will be made, with an expected price tag of between €400,000 and €500,000.

The Bovensiepen Zagato retains the factory panels beneath its carbon fiber body, ensuring safety and keeping costs down. Despite its fixed roof, it weighs less than the bmw m4, tipping the scales at 1,875 kilograms.

Powered by an upgraded S58 engine, the Zagato produces 602 hp and 700 Nm of torque. This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of over 186 mph. The car features new headlights and carries over internal components from the standard m4 competition.

Developed by the family-run company Bovensiepen, which works closely with BMW, the Zagato is set to be a rare and exclusive addition to the automotive world. Final production numbers and pricing will be announced in Q4 2025, with deliveries starting in Q2 2026.

The Bovensiepen Zagato, with its unique design and impressive performance, is set to make a mark in the world of high-end, exclusive cars. Its limited production run and high price point ensure that it will remain a rare and desirable bmw m4 competition.
