Binance Wallet Initiates Token Generation Event Assistance Program for Digital Currency Initiatives
Binance, a renowned cryptocurrency exchange, has rolled out a new program allowing projects to launch tokens in a fair manner through the non-custodial Binance Wallet. Applications are now open for the Binance Wallet Exclusive Token Generation Event (TGE), with preference given to projects that display a market-demanded product, an active community, a strong founding team, sustainable tokenomics, integration with Binance and BNB Chain, and reasonable early valuation with growth potential.
Once launched, token support will be offered through Binance Alpha, serving as a pre-listing pool for the exchange. The TGE also presents projects with access to liquidity via Binance Wallet. Among the advantages of the Binance Wallet Exclusive TGE, the Binance team has emphasized access to a vast user base and ensured fair token distribution.
The recent approach of Binance towards asset listing has seen some changes. In February, Binance co-founder and former CEO, Changpeng Zhao, voiced criticism regarding the exchange's listing methods. To further support engagement and loyalty among users, Binance has introduced an upgraded platform Alpha 2.0, now seamlessly integrated into the Binance Exchange. This revamp eliminates the need for users to switch to the Binance Wallet, presenting a more straightforward experience for early-stage token trade within the app. A promotional zero-fee trading scheme has also been implemented for all Alpha Token trades between March 17, 2022, and September 17, 2025 (excluding network gas fees).
Additionally, Binance is prioritizing expanded wallet chain support and creator tools, targeting a reshaped Web3 user experience and presenting more opportunities for both projects and users. By implementing steps to assure fairness and accessibility in token launches, Binance aims to strengthen its ecosystem while providing projects with a platform to connect with high-quality users.
