Bielefeld's Central Library Hosts 'Investment Fraud & Online Assistance' Lecture on Oct 8

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, 08.10.25, when a joint lecture evening on 'Investment fraud and online assistance' takes place at the Central Library in Bielefeld's Neumarkt. Hosted by the Consumer Advice Center NRW /Bielefeld branch and the police in Bielefeld, this event is part of the international 'Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2025'.

The lecture, set to run from 18.00 to 19.30 Uhr in room SO2 with entrance via Kavalleriestraße, will delve into current dangers in the digital world, with a focus on investment fraud using fake platforms. Attendees will learn how to protect themselves through knowledge and gain insights into the balance between cybersecurity and comfort functions.
