Bain & Company, a global consultancy that helps ambitious change makers define the future, has announced changes in its Enterprise Technology (ET) practice leadership.

The new global head of the Enterprise Technology practice is Pascal Gautheron, who previously headed the ET practice in Asia-Pacific (APAC). Gautheron brings over 27 years of experience, especially in banking and financial services, and will lead from the Paris office.

Stephen Phillips, who previously headed the global ET team, transitions to chairman of the ET practice, focusing on client and market-facing forums.

The new leader for the APAC region has not been specifically named in the July 23, 2025 announcement. In the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, Laurent Hermoye takes on the role as regional leader. The Americas region does not have a named leader as of the announcement.

The Enterprise Technology practice at Bain & Company consists of a team of over 1,500 multidisciplinary experts. The team includes data scientists, architects, software engineers, innovators, and designers. They equip client businesses with market-leading capabilities to power growth and accelerate value creation.

Bain & Company's ET team has nearly two-dozen focused partnerships with renowned technology firms. The company has a 10-year commitment to invest over $1 billion in pro bono services.

Gautheron has been with Bain since 2017 and has supported clients in digital and core systems transformations, next-generation technology architectures, agile at scale, and leading-edge AI deployments. Brussels-based Hermoye has two decades' experience in shaping and delivering large-scale digital transformations, particularly in the consumer brands sector.
