The Role
In this role, teams will participate in the technical execution and delivery of new features, unify separate systems, explore generative AI opportunities, and build a robust data infrastructure. The Tech Lead II will oversee a small team, providing technical guidance and leading productive teams. As a player-coach, they are expected to collaborate with other teams, take proactive ownership of team health and quality, and focus on team member growth and development.
