Brown Note Productions, a leading AVL Systems Integration company, has recently completed a significant project at the Austin Stone Church in Austin, Texas. The project involved the installation of a new state-of-the-art AV system in the church's new-build facility, utilising RF Venue's wireless essentials to ensure a high-quality, interference-free wireless system.
A Comprehensive Wireless Solution
From the church's beginnings, Brown Note team members have trusted RF Venue as the standard for RF antennas and distribution. The church has numerous spaces with varying amounts of wireless audio, including a main auditorium, an outdoor stage, a youth room, two kids' spaces, three classrooms, and a lobby area.
In the main auditorium, RF Venue Band-pass Filters were used to filter out unnecessary frequencies, ensuring a clean RF signal and eliminating dropouts in all microphone systems. The smaller classrooms presented a challenge, which was addressed by upgrading the microphone systems to Shure ULX-D and using QSC Q-SYS control. A single receiver was used to route audio from multiple classrooms, with RF Venue's Diversity Architectural antennas and 4 ZONE antenna combiner systems for each classroom.
