As a Product Assistant, you will be at the heart of continuous product improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA, and writers, to plan and deliver sprint cycles aimed at enhancing product performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining the project backlog and roadmap, gathering user feedback, and supporting user testing and data analysis using tools like MixPanel and Google Analytics.
Your strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive problem-solving mindset, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in ensuring timely responses to support queries and facilitating team communication. You will also contribute to documentation, blog posts, FAQs, and other product-related content.

To qualify for this role, you should have a basic understanding of UX/UI principles and be confident in facilitating meetings, stand-ups, and team check-ins. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and MixPanel, as well as project management tools like Jira, is essential. You should also be comfortable using WordPress plugins development teams.
