In an effort to improve its services and internal operations, AIMA (Association of Investment Management in Europe) has announced the creation of two new teams and the opening of new Local Migrant Integration Support Centres (CLAIM).

The Multidisciplinary Digital Solutions (UX) Team, focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and audience-focused solutions, is responsible for promoting the internal adoption of new solutions, analyzing, developing, and meeting the needs of AIMA's users when interacting with its systems. The UX Team also identifies automation and digitalization opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

Simultaneously, the DATA Team, composed of technicians and experts in information systems and technologies, is being developed by AIMA. The DATA Team's objectives include enhancing data usage, promoting operational efficiency, ensuring legal compliance, and strengthening decision support. The operations of the DATA Team involve internal resources, external services, and funding from AIMA, PRR, and European project funds. The creation of the DATA Team is aimed at monitoring and controlling standard deviations and supporting regulatory agencies in combating corruption and other forms of crime.

Pedro Gaspar Portugal, the president of AIMA's board of directors, announced the opening of new CLAIM centers. The new CLAIM in Fundão marks the fifth such center in the country. AIMA intends to strengthen its response with the opening of about ten of these centers in the second half of the year. The CLAIM centers focus on counselling and referrals, with approximately 170 centers operating, 90 of them in partnership with local authorities.

The Multidisciplinary Digital Solutions (UX) Team aims to transform AIMA's digital experience for both internal and external users, while the DATA Team is expected to play a crucial role in supporting AIMA's data-driven decision-making process and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

These announcements reflect AIMA's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, aiming to provide the best possible services to its users and the wider community.

Portugal will witness the expansion of AIMA's digital solutions, as the Multidisciplinary Digital Solutions (UX) Team will introduce technological advancements and improvements. The DATA Team, with its expertise in finance and data-and-cloud-computing, will assist AIMA in making data-driven decisions and maintaining regulatory compliance.
