Amazon Unveils Echo Dot Max and Echo Studio for Enhanced Audio Experiences
Amazon has unveiled two new Echo smart speakers, the Echo Dot Max and the Echo Studio, marking significant advancements in the Echo lineup. Both devices share a spherical design and a control panel on the front, with the Echo Studio being the most advanced Echo speaker to date.
The Echo Dot Max, priced at $99.99 / £99.99, is powered by Amazon's AZ3 chip and boasts improved microphones and triple the sound performance of its predecessors. Meanwhile, the Echo Studio, retailing at $219.99 / £219.99, introduces spatial audio and Dolby Atmos support, along with a custom woofer for deep bass.
Both devices are set to hit the market on October 29, with preorders commencing on Tuesday, September 30.
