Ajilon France Boosts IT Market Presence with Sydelis Acquisition
Ajilon France, a professional services division of Adecco Group in France, has acquired Sydelis, a French IT consulting firm. The move is set to significantly boost Ajilon's presence in the French IT market.
Sydelis, led by CEO Laurent Bigo, specialises in IT consulting services, including applications development, maintenance, and systems upkeep. The company will now be integrated into Ajilon France's IT services division.
The acquisition, according to Adecco Group CEO Jérôme Caille, is a strategic move. He praised Sydelis as a well-run, profitable business that will substantially contribute to Ajilon IT's success in France. The deal is expected to double Ajilon France's current IT business size, with combined sales projected to exceed EUR 40 million in 2003.
