Weissbeck, who previously served as Chief Technology Officer in the Addeco Group, brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, and innovation to his new role. His career trajectory reflects a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to support business growth and operational efficiency in global enterprises.
Before joining the Addeco Group, Weissbeck held executive IT roles at Deutsche Post DHL and Maersk. His role at the Addeco Group will focus on the continued advancement of the company's global IT transformation as a key pillar of the GrowTogether program.
Rob James, who joined the Addeco Group as CIO in August 2016, will be leaving the role effective December 31, 2019, due to personal health reasons. He will leave the Executive Committee and take on the leadership of the global flagship Addeco Group Foundation program, Win4Youth.
